In Spring 2019, Ryan joined as one of 22 founding community collaborators co-creating the Future Historical Society at BRIC Arts Media House in Brooklyn, a Fort Greene neighborhood archive that honors community histories while manifesting  equitable visions for the future. The first project of FHS premiered at the BRIC Open in April 2019: an audio walk of historical neighborhood legacy locations and organizations. To experience the audio installation produced by Ryan and collaborator Celeste Staton, featuring Lafayette Avenue Presbyterian Church, please visit the Sound Works section of this site.
